Accounting Technician Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic, AAT qualified individual to undertake the role of an Accounting Technician supporting Community and Corporate Services at RBWM.

The main responsibilities of the post will include providing financial support and guidance to budget managers; working with budget managers to identify, calculate and explain movements in budget forecast incorporating provision of supporting activity analysis for key budget areas .

We require an excellent communicator (written & verbal) with strong analytical skills. It will be essential that you possess a high level spreadsheet skills with the ability to communicate financial data to both financial and non financial colleagues.

You will ideally be able demonstrate previous Finance experience within Local Authority.
