Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust has recently decided to embark upon a replacement project for our electronic rostering system. As part of this process, a new deployment team is being created that will lead the replacement project as well as provide ongoing support in the future.
The e-Rostering Support Administrator is a new post, responsible for providing administrative support to the deployment project. Primarily this will include collecting and collating a wide range of data, basic system configuration and data entry, as well as providing general administrative support to the team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are excited about being part of a key project within the organisation.
You will be capable of demonstrating that you can engage with operational staff to gather requirements, quickly and accurately enter and modify data, and provide basic support to users of the system.
The e-Rostering Support Administrator will possess a friendly and engaging manner and demonstrate that they can be depended on to manage large volumes of data in an organised and structured way.
Although the role is based at Maidstone Hospital, there will be occasional need to work from other MTW sites (in particular Tunbridge Wells Hospital). You will possess good communication, literacy and numeracy skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will be able to demonstrate that you can work flexibly and under pressure.
