Patient Safety Officer
Central London; West London; Hammersmith & Fulham; Hounslow CCG and Ealing CCGs have formed a collaborative to share a leadership team and will to work together in order to deliver more effective commissioning. The five CCGs are committed to working together in a collaborative way where a common approach is desired.
We are advertising a Patient Safety Officer to support the Head of Patient Safety in working across the CCG’s on Serious Incidents, Patient Safety and reviewing action plans and learning. This role will have delegated areas of responsibilities. The post holder will be part of the Patient Safety team that supports the Director / Deputy Director of Quality, Nursing and Patient Safety and the Assistant Directors of Quality in the CCGs to deliver on quality improvement and patient safety across a range of provider organisations.
The roles will suit experienced senior nurses or allied health professionals who can provide strong clinical leadership, challenge and foster professional working relationships with providers to support quality improvement and patient safety within clinical commissioning. They will have links with NHS England (London) Patient Safety Network.
