Learning and Development Co-ordinator Full Time

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides services through its three hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester. We provide all general hospital services for planned and emergency care as well as specialist services.

The Trust was rated ‘Good’ by CQC in November 2015 and ‘Outstanding’ for end of life care.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer the above post to someone enthusiastic and motivated to manage the education centres on a daily basis and to undertake line management responsibilities for the learner administration team.

Based between Royal Hampshire County Hospital and Basingstoke North Hampshire Hospital you will manage the members of the Learner Support Team providing excellent quality administrative & customer service support. The successful applicant will work closely with the wider team based on all Hampshire Hospital sites.

It is expected that the candidate will have an NVQ (QCF) Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service Administration, ICT or equivalent (ECDL Parts 1&2, CLait) and confident in using Microsoft applications with Maths and English, GCSE A*- C or level 2 equivalent and have experience of working within a similar role.
