ONE YEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE APPRENTICE OPPORTUNITY

The practice supports the development of apprentices on a rolling yearly programme.

We are looking for one apprentice to join the team. This will be customer service focussed – learning the skills needed to cover the busy reception desk and undertaking basic office duties. During the year depending upon the candidate they will have the opportunity to get involved in more complex back office admin.

This one year post will put the successful candidate in a really good position to apply for non clinical roles within any GP practice.

The candidate will be required to undertake training with the local college in line with the requirements of the apprenticeship scheme and some time will be given in work for study.

Candidates will be required to have passes at GCSE at Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
