Project Architect Full Time

A top AJ120 award-winning, International Architectural practice seek an innovative design led Architecture to join and lead on a number of high profile projects across the UK from their West Midlands studio.

Client Details

My client is a leading UK practice who have recently attracted a lot of attention through frankly outstanding and innovative design. They offer their clients a full range of architectural services, including master-planning and have an in house modelling team to aid in client presentations.

They work in numerous sectors and are best known for their work on a number of high profile projects on Commercial, Residential, Retail and Leisure Sectors. They excel in design and approach every project as one unto its own, starting with an ambition to understand the project’s core essence and to then develop a bespoke architectural solution, in collaboration and open dialogue with the client.

Throughout all projects, they work holistically across all RIBA stages in depth to ensure all elements are considered, actively liaising with external consultants and stakeholders to accuracy and quality not only of design but all structure and build.

Description

You shall be joining a team of talented architects and designers and work in a leading role on a number of high profile projects. You will have heavy involvement in all stages right from the start. Particular emphasis and focus will be on the concept and design stages, an area you personally excel in and particularly enjoy.

You will be responsible for a team and in leading projects successfully throughout the RIBA stages.

Profile

The ideal candidate with first and foremost have a passion for design and a desire to consistently maximise a brief’s potential. There will be elements of client interaction and you will be at ease in holding meetings with clients, internal design teams and all 3rd parties.

You will have practical experience and be comfortable with UK Building Regulations and the RIBA’s Schedule of Works in order to work within time frames and realise a brief.

The practice is fully REVIT implemented so ideally you will have experience using the software (training can and will be provided to candidates who excel in other areas).
