Project Architect Full Time

Architecture and Interior Design firm in Cheshire are seeking a Project Architect.

Your new company

This medium sized architecture and interior design firm based in Wilmslow are looking to expand their team with the addition of an ARB Registered Architect. The firm offers modern office space in an accessible location, close to railway links (a short walk) or within a short drive to Manchester. They work on projects from inception to completion, and across a range of sectors including retail and commercial.

Your new role

You will be working on retail and office based schemes and will be responsible for taking them from early design stages and client briefing all the way through to on site delivery. You will be client facing, and will deal with contract admin for the schemes you are running.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need to be an ARB Registered Architect with proven experience of running commercial or retail projects (new build) from start to finish in the UK. Candidates should be proficient in the use of Revit, or at least have a good working knowledge, and be able to handle themselves confidently in client meetings and with contractors.
