A midlands leading house builder are recruiting for an Architectural Technician. You will be based in the East Midlands.
Your new role
You will work as a project runner within their Architecture and Design team. You will work as an Architectural Technician working on the production of Group House type drawings, including planning drawings, collating and checking technical details, and specifications with group suppliers, and supporting the technical coordinators.
You will also update existing House types, check and monitor 3rd party information in relation to house types, and maintain and respond to technical feedback.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have experience from a house building background, as well as experience using AutoCAD. You will have experience in liaising with other teams, to ensure the work is delivered to the required specifications and legislations. You will have experience in working with house type drawings and the technical aspect of housing building design.
