Your new company

Based just 15 minutes’ drive from Brighton, your new employer are an architecture and design company specialising in the hospitality sector. They are an award winning team with a consistent and well know client base with jobs across the country. Established for over 10 years, their work load is varied and they pride themselves on a considered approach, working closely with every one of their clients to embark on a holistic and meticulous design process across drawing, project management and contract administration.

Your new role

Due to a large increase in residential project work, an Architect or Part 2 with considerable experience in this sector is required to support the large amount of increased activity currently taking place. You will be responsible for preparing drawing packages, job running, be involved in contract admin and generally be a key member of the team to drive this recent residential job flow forward running projects from inception to completion.

What you’ll need to succeed

In addition to the above, you should be a car driver, be able to draw in AutoCAD with obvious fluency and be competent preparing with drawing packages and have proven ability to lead on projects. You should be a good communicator and work well in a team with obvious experience in a similar role. You should have a rigourous approach to detail and Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations. Having worked on hospitality and residential projects would be a considerable advantage as well as experience having taken new build and renovation projects from concept to construction.
