Seeking 1 x CSO working 37 hours per week, variable work patterns to meet the needs of the business.
The City of Wolverhampton Council’s, Customer Services department, provides access to a growing range of Council services for customers contacting the Council by telephone, e-mail and in person.
Working patterns for full time positions are based on a 37-hour week, covering a variety of services within the Customer Services Receptions opening hours, currently:
• 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday
• 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Fridays
We are seeking people with that extra something who will deliver the very best service to the people of Wolverhampton.
You will have excellent communication skills, a demonstrable customer focus and a professional approach to resolving customer enquiries. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a reception environment, is desirable, but attitude, commitment to quality, enthusiasm, an eye for detail and excellent customer skills are essential. Face to face and IT skills will be tested in an assessment centre for short-listed candidates.
