This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team supporting The Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of influencing and managing sustainable service changes within a complex organisation.
The post holder will be based at a location to be agreed in North Wales and will lead a management accounts team of four; supporting clinicians and managers in delivering efficient and effective mental health services across North Wales, within a total resource allocation of circa £100m.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Health Boards finance team and will be required to contribute significantly to the financial sustainability, financial management and budget strategy agenda. They will have lead responsibility for the management and provision of professional advice and information to the relevant Division; and directly support the business and performance management of the Mental Health Division team. It is therefore essential they have experience in a senior finance role within a large organisation.
