Salary: £19,772 per annum

Our client is one of the market leaders in the FMCG sector and are looking for an ambitious Warehouse Team Leader to join them. Due to continued growth, they are looking to evolve their Warehouse Team and this excellent opportunity in return offers a competitive basic salary along with a chance to evolve in an established company filled with opportunities for progression.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the overall intake, lot allocation, stock control, movement and dispatch of products for the company and its Third-Party customers. You will also be required to complete documentation as and when required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Team leading in a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Ensure Health and Safety, Allergen Management and Food Safety Policies are adhered to at all times
• Build strong working relationships with team members and other departments
• Day to day management of the Warehouse team, working closely with upper management
• Achievement and management of personal and team KPI’s
• Cross functional role working Quality and Production to ensure product is allocated appropriately
• Cover for Warehouse Manager when required

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience within a FMCG company
• Experience in a Team Leader role
• Strong work ethic and man management skills
• Strong IT Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
