We are looking to recruit an experienced Workforce Systems Administrator to play a key role in the management, utilisation and development of workforce systems in the Trust as it plans for its move to a bespoke, purpose-built hospital on the world-class Cambridge Biomedical Campus (CBC).
With A level or equivalent qualifications in Math and English you will ideally have experience in using systems such as ESR, Healthroster and CIS, as well as extensive Microsoft Excel skills. The provision of a Helpdesk, System Administration/Data Quality, and workforce reporting will be key elements of the role.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer-service skills, the ability to work alone and as part of a team, as well as excellent attention to detail.
In return, Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust can offer you excellent benefits in an enriching environment, including the opportunity to complete an NVQ in Business Administration.
For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Anne O’Donoghue on 01480 364982

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Border Agency requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UK Border Agency website.
