An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to be part of the Workforce Information team. This is a fast paced, dynamic friendly team, striving to provide the highest quality service to its customers. If you think you have what it takes to provide a high quality system administration service within a busy department, then this role could be for you.
Your key responsibilities will be to provide training/HR administrative service using ESR and our Learning Management System (DOT). You will act as first point of contact for a wide range of enquires relating to training/HR processes and be required to liaise closely with internal and external stake holders as well as staff throughout the Trust. You will manage staff training bookings, collate and input workforce data including staff appraisal, training attendance and personnel details and maintain an accurate database of staff training records in line with agreed organisational requirements.
You will be required to have good organisational and prioritising skills, good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will be a team player who has a commitment to customer service excellence as well as recent experience of providing administration services within a team. HR and NHS experience would be an advantage. Good IT skills and Microsoft Office package are essential.
