An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Medical Staffing Department at Northampton General Hospital through a need to recruit to the post of Medical Staffing Assistant.
The Department has a key role in supporting the doctors in the hospital and is currently developing systems and processes to refine and streamline the service.
You will support the recruitment and selection of prospective medical employees by providing an efficient and confidential administration service.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, together with a good knowledge of recruitment processes.
You will have worked in a busy office environment, have experience of prioritising work tasks and working to tight deadlines.
You should be confident in the use of IT systems and be able to search and source information from a range of sources in order to provide accurately resolutions to queries.
Previous medical staffing recruitment would be advantageous.
