We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Complaints Team.
You will be required to deal with incoming calls from patients, their families or carers, and the general public, who usually have a concern or are dissatisfied with some aspect of care received. You must be able to arrange meetings and take minutes / compile agendas as required by colleagues within the department. You must be able to cope well in a highly pressurised and fast moving environment and have excellent attention to detail.
As a key member of the team you will improve the experience of patients and their relatives by providing help, support and advice on the services provided by Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust.
Experience of customer care would be an advantage and good knowledge of health and/or social care systems is essential
