Marketing Executive Full Time

Bath Rugby have a unique opportunity for an outstanding, enthusiastic, commercially focussed candidate to take on the role of Marketing Executive and provide support in delivering ambitious business targets.

Job role:

• To implement and evaluate the annual Marketing & CRM plans across all communication channels aligned to the company’s vision, core business objectives and designated KPI’s. To ensure the successful marketing of Bath Rugby, delivering budgeted ticket revenue & significant marketable supporter growth through CRM and digital strategies.

Key Objectives:

• To implement and evaluate the annual marketing plans, through developing and executing marketing activity for consumer, community and promotional channels.

• To work alongside the PR Executive in the implementation and content generation of the social media content and delivery across all digital platforms ensuring regular and innovative content spanning Rugby and consumer lifestyle interest campaigns, ensuring evaluation and recommendations support each activity.

• To project manage commercial partnership engagement activity aligned to all parties objectives including matchday activity, CRM and digital activity.

• With the Marketing & CRM Manager, deliver the strategy for the consumer relationship management programme across all departments and channels including; fully utilising the Bath Rugby database, website, ticketing, retail, hospitality, email, SMS and all social media with a focus on delivering effective, responsive communications and significant growth in the marketable contacts for use in direct and digital initiatives against acquisition and retention objectives.

• To use customer insight to recommend and develop advertising and branding plans that increase penetration and awareness of Bath Rugby resulting in achieving the budgeted ticket revenue and sales for all fixtures.

• To manage the Marketing Assistant to deliver the supporter experience for all home fixtures from identifying the theme through to on the day execution and evaluation of results.
