A great opportunity for a wine enthusiast to join the team of one of our clients luxury Restaurants. This venue seek a Sommelier, ideally with experience of working within 3AA Rosette, Michelin plus or 4*/5* hotels. This is a position for someone who enjoys the fine dining experience, is enthusiastic about wine, it’s origin and taste and who can gauge the interest of the guest and react accordingly

On a day to day basis you will be working in beautiful surroundings with guests who enjoy the finer things in life. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be good at reading the table and be able demonstrate excellent guest care and service standards. Moving forward in your career you will be looking to gain our clients 5* service experience, increase your knowledge of wine and to complete further WSET Trainng.
