A high level Rosette venue : working in an open kitchen, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fine dining kitchen whilst in view of our clients guests

On site Pub & Grill – Offering outstanding Scottish cuisine that showcases the best ingredients. Working in a fun and busy kitchen this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress.

Main Kitchen : Working in a busy kitchen that caters for a number of outlets, this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress.

Skills/Requirements

Experience in a similar role and it is preferred that you are qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques

Be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen, e.g. meat, fish and poultry cooking and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce.
