Job Overview :

A Web Designer/D eveloper is required to develop new functionality and rework existing pages on our website as part of our drive to significantly expand our digital offering. You will be preparing the website in multiple languages. You should be creative, being able to produce beautiful responsive UI design and associated artwork, but also be able to produce HTML, CSS and code in Javascript. A deep understanding of UX principles is essential as well as commercial experience of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax, Bootstrap and Umbraco . The ability to manipulate images and create artwork in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro is required. You will be familiar with Less and have some exposure to C# MVC coding and the Microsoft Azure environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle all stages of the development journey, from talking about design directions with Marketing, producing mockups, creating artwork and writing the code, publishing to the hosting and supporting the live environment.

You will have significant experience working on large multilingual commercial websites . The successful candidate must hold a degree in digital design or similar. You will be a self-starter who can work in a team a nd have experience of managing Junior D esigners.
