The Position
We are looking for an experienced customer-service person to join our pre-launch startup as a ‘Virtual SuperAgent’. As the backbone for this company, this individual should be well accustomed to talking to clients over the phone and have a good understanding of the property industry. The individual will take a leading role in helping to shape our core USP, and have the opportunity to take on a more senior role as the company grows. We are looking for an individual with next-level interpersonal skills and an outstanding telephone-manner.

Role responsibilities;
Customer Experience: Liaising with and qualifying customers over the phone. Ensuring the ‘5-minute call-back’ KPI is achieved. Good understanding of London area is desirable, and the processes involved with renting or purchasing property.
Operational Execution: Helping to shape and structure the Virtual SuperAgent work flow. This includes working closely with our Operations Lead to improve the design and practicality of the current system.
This is a role with great responsibility and is likely to become a full time role after three months, depending on performance.
Requirements
Worldly customer service skills and telephone manner
Demonstrable consultative sales experience – A sales rockstar
Superb emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Able to relate with a diverse demographic of customers.
Ability to build a lasting relationship with all of your clients allowing for continuous upselling through time as we offer more valuable services.
KPI-driven with the ability to glean insight from large amounts of data
Belief in the power of a technology-driven businesses
A second language is desirable
Strong problem-solving ability with a bias for action and “can-do” attitude
Previous work experience in the property industry is highly desirable
Passion for working in a startup and willingness to go the extra mile. Startups are challenging, hardworking and unstructured environments – they are not for everyone!
