Recruimemt Consultant Full Time

I am looking for an experienced recruiter with knowledge of placing managerial and sales roles within a commercial business environment or service sector or Experienced Manager who knows about management roles from the serviced office market or linked minded industries?

Matthew Blair Solutions has a loyal client base in the real estate markets and a constantly growing demand, hence the necessity to expand.

You will need to work without taking direction, be capable to deliver a monthly target without the nagging daily KPI meetings and handle daily face to face candidate meetings. We rarely submit a candidate without both a phone screen and face to face meeting, which is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Monthly commission will range from 10-20% of the deal value.

It is expected that you will invoice around £10K per month, average fees are £3000-£6000 per placement for management roles e.g. FOH, Centre Managers, Estate Managers, Sales Managers and Facility Managers.

The role will offer flexibility to work from home, when agreed and expenses are offered when meeting candidates outside of the offices.

You will be provided with a mobile phone, laptop, access to CV library adverts, LinkedIn and list of vaccines to fill!
