We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual to be a personal assistant to the Governance Team at ESHT. He/She will provide full PA support to the Associate Director of Governance and the Head of Governance, with some general administration support to the Governance Team.

We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, dedication and the confidence to deal with a wide range of matters with tact and diplomacy. An understanding of the NHS is desirable, plus advanced IT skills, proven experience of using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will need to show experience of administration work, confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to change while managing and prioritising a heavy workload.

Key attributes for this post include being highly organised with attention to detail; adaptable and flexible; being able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, using own initiative. Previous experience would be desirable.
