Department Supervisor – Newark Full Time

As a result of our expansion plan s and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a Department Supervisor, to be based in our new store in Newark.

We are looking for a highly self motivated sales professional, who excels in a sales environment. You will be energetic, enthusiastic and an expert in delivering customer satisfaction.

You will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers and will provide full guidance and supervision on your department from beginning to end.

The main purpose of the job role is to maximise retail sales opportunities by providing a comprehensive employee supervision, planning and sales service to customers. If you are the right calibre of person, you will enjoy a demanding sales environment and understand the value of building great relationships with our customers.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months previous supervisory/experience within a retail environment.
