Security Guard Full Time

• Full time – Permanent

ISM are pleased to be working for Accolade Wines in Avonmouth supplying them with both Cleaning and Security.

With this we are looking to recruit an experienced highly customer focused, security officer to work on the Accolade site.

The successful candidate would ideally be SIA qualified however if you are looking to begin a career within Security training for this could be provided.

Successful candidates must be flexible and will be working to a continental shift pattern of 4 on 4 off. 12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights.

Duties of the successful candidate will include, but not limited to:

Administrate goods in and out using the latest software programs.

Conducting personal & vehicle searches in accordance with operational procedures

Co-coordinating and managing contractors

Greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out

Write accurate reports and provide a visible high profile security presence

To be smart in appearance with a professional positive attitude

Knowledge of security systems and their operation

Manage alarm checks and log and report information

Monitor CCTV systems and record and report incidents

Respond to and manage all site emergencies (inc fire and evacuation requirements)

Skills and Attributes required:
Fluent written and spoken English

Excellent communicator

Excellent administrator

Produce reports

CCTV operation

IT Literate

First Aid qualified

Flexible approach to shift pattern

Ability to work alone and use own initiative
