The Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Telecoms Support Engineer to join an expanding team providing support for mobile devices and fixed telephony systems to our staff across the county.
In this exciting role, you will be working with a variety of technologies, including (but not exclusive to) tablets, smartphones, VoIP and fixed line telephony.
Duties will be varied and will include:
Coming from a telecoms support background, you will need to have a keen interest in modern communication technologies and how they can be used in a healthcare environment.
You must have excellent organisational skills, be a good communicator, be able to act on your own initiative, adapt to new situations, and enjoy working in and contributing to the work of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
The role will involve both remote support and on-site working across the county, so the ability to travel between sites is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: All new appointments are subject to 6 months’ probation period.
