Role:
Our client is a highly regarded and rapidly growing provider of fleet management software across the UK. They have great expansion plans are now seeking to recruit a driven and confident Head of Customer Success. In this role you will be expected to manage and motivate a small team of account managers whilst also managing and upselling into a number of key strategic accounts for the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and have sold software/SaaS solutions into the automotive sector. It would be beneficial if you have previous management experience but this is not essential. If you are a proven account manager within the commercial and automotive sector and looking for the next step in your career then this is the role for you.
Candidate Skills Required:
Proven track record of account management
Sold into the automotive or commercial sector
Experience selling software/SaaS solutions
A minimum of 5+ years experience
Candidate Skills Beneficial:
Degree educated
Experience managing strategic accounts
