About the role
An opportunity has opened up at Charles Hurst Belfast within our newly designed Business Development Centre.
The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer experience by retaining existing customers and managing our inbound and outbound telephone enquiries.
Job responsibilities:
Responding positively to customer web enquiries relating to service enquiries
Following up of customers, to ensure a flawless customer experience has been received
Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promote products
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process so all customer expectations are met and exceeded
Processing all appointments accurately

Can confidently handle conflicting demands
Strong negotiating and closing skills coupled with an enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets
Friendly and professional manner with a smart appearance
Excellent communication and IT skills
Team player
Maths and English GCSE, grade A-C, or equivalent
Systematic and organised
Detail orientated
Honest, respectful and diligent
Computer literate
Strong customer service skills and outlook
Previous experience in a similar customer service role
