Your role will be to support the corporate nursing team in the delivery of professional and practice development. Using your recent experience at senior nurse level you will provide leadership to your team, successfully developing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating training programmes with clinical and non clinical staff.
As a qualified Nurse, Midwife or AHP, you will require additional project management skills coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills. You will need a sound understanding of the professional nursing and midwifery agenda and experience of developing protocols to support best practice.
