Security Officer (Operational Relief Officer) Full Time

Shift Pattern: Day, Nights and Weekends – Full flexibility is required for this role.

Hours: 12 Hour Shifts, Approx 48 – 60 Hours per week.

Pay Rate: £7.75 – £8.50ph

One of the south east’s fastest growing manned guarding companies are looking for two high calibre Operational Relief Security Officers based in London.

The role requires an SIA licence (DS OR SG) and is based on a varied shift pattern which includes Days, Nights and Weekend shifts.

The main duties of the role will be to provide our client a high standard, professional security service in a front of house environment which will include completing patrols and responding to incidents ensuring duties are completed to a standard in line with the assignment reference manual, site assignment instructions and the security staff handbook.

As an ORO (Operational Relief Officer) you will be trained at multiple site locations, hours vary on a weekly basis and at times you will be required to work at short notice.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in order to liaise effectively with clients, visitors to site and The TSG operations team ensuring that all faults, incidents and operational requirements are dealt with in line with the onsite escalation process.
