About us
Based in the heart of Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent, in the One Smithfield office building, we are responsible for commissioning most of the healthcare for the people of Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire.
The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Finance Analyst to provide financial support services as part of our wider Finance Team. The role will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are verified and processed, and that both Acute and Private Sector providers are paid in line with their agreed contractual terms and conditions.
Key areas of responsibility
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of raising queries and playing a key role in resolution processes. Your key skills will be to work co-operatively and proactively with other members of the finance team to ensure common standards of accounting practices are maintained within the department.
In the role, you will be supported by a team of experienced Finance professionals who will provide the successful applicant with mentoring and sound expert advice.
