Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to undertake this important role within the Renal and Transplant administrative team. The post-holder will maintain and prepare medical records to a high standard for use by clinical staff, particularly in outpatient clinics. They will also respond to medical record requests from other services in a timely and efficient manner. The post-holder will play an important role in ensuring that medical records within the Renal Unit are filed timely and appropriately and make sure the Renal Medical Records area is used effectively and efficiently by archiving medical records where necessary. They will also provide administrative assistance to clinical and administrative staff as and when required.
The right candidate will enjoy working within a team in a busy environment and be able to deliver consistently to set deadlines. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, confidence with IT and will have a flexible and positive attitude to work.
