We are actively looking for an Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover) who will be responsible for the processing payroll data extracted from payroll systems and agency data provided by GRI and ensuring the accurate allocation and posting by service / cost centre in the financial systems as well as reconciling the associated balance sheet accounts. This is a fixed term contract for 8 months.
Providing front line financial support to operational teams including Heads of Finance, Heads of Operations and Service Managers, the Account Assistant should be the first point of contact for agency and pay cost reporting matters for the operational business, Finance Analysts and Accounts payable.
