You will be using your sales administration and administration skills to work as part of the team in processing orders for the Direct Sales force.
This environment requires someone with accurate skills to quickly and efficiently project manage the end to end completion of orders whilst complying with Company, contract and legal requirements.
What We Give:
You’ll be liaising with our Sales Teams and Customers on all aspects of contract paperwork requirements through to resolution, highlighting issues when needed. When a contract is that bit more complex, you will also need to liaise with Contract Management to ensure contracts are drawn up accurately, and the right support is in place and customer billing is correct.
You will have responsibility of paperwork and sales order processing through to the order being receipted with the Canon Supply Chain. This means you’ll need to ensure paperwork is complete, accurate, legal and SOX compliant, all the while adhering to Company policies and procedures. There is a workflow solution in place to help you manage this.
There are SLAs in place to ensure we are always delivering a first class service; part of this role is ensuring that these expectations are met, as well as providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders regarding the status of orders. The team leader needs to know the status of the orders you are working on for forecasting business, so regular and accurate updates are essential.
This is a busy and high performing team, so we need talented and driven individuals who are comfortable managing several tasks at the same time, most of the time. You’ll need to be proactive in anticipating challenges in the paperwork and ordering process, as well as being able to provide resolutions and improve the overall process end to end to meet or exceed customer expectations.
The role will be a mix of working across a number of departments e.g customer credit, transportation, management of loan stock and conducting the appropriate checks with each order. Working to tight deadlines means that you need to use your skills in managing your time efficiently.
Once you become proficient at managing orders, you will be asked to attend customer review meetings to audit queries and recommend enhancements to services provided.
You will work as part of a team to make sure department objectives are met. Training will be given on the processes you will be using but any knowledge of Oracle would be beneficial, but not essential.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Package including Excel. Training can be given on Oracle.

Salary £22,030 – £23,254 + 5% bonus
