We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be a key person that supports both the business and personal requirements of the CEO of Renaissance Capital Management Limited.
Candidates must have minimum 3 years C-Level executive and personal assistant or management experience. This is a fast-paced, high profile position requiring an individual with top-notch support skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact to all internal and external matters. The ideal candidate needs to be very hands-on, organized individual. Candidate must possess good judgment & discretion at all times, anticipate challenges/troubleshoot issues as they arise. Candidate needs to be flexible, highly dependable, and extremely detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while possessing the ability work under pressure and meet deadlines. This person must be able to maintain professional discretion with sensitive and highly confidential information. Key to the position is the ability to work autonomously. Additionally, potential candidates must have proven skills in building effective working relationships and the ability to interact with top leaders in business, entertainment, sports, and politics.

This individual will need to be available on a 24/7 basis and act as liaison to the CEO. Requires follow through on events, travel and evenings, must see all to successful completion. Anticipate all contingencies.
Managing meetings including scheduling conference calls, video conference meetings, in-person, and off-site meetings, arranging and booking international travel, organizing car transportation, hotel accommodations, conferences, meals as needed. Requires thorough follow through with little to no room for errors.
Preparing comprehensive travel itineraries and contact lists specific to each trip and orchestrate all business and personal trips from start to finish.
Work under tight deadlines, remain aware of shifting priorities, anticipate last second changes and make necessary adjustments; always having a plan B in place.
Carry out regular and continual review of emails, contact list, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence and then identify the appropriate follow up action.
Coordinate logistics for special business events and personal projects; help locate and obtain information & resources; anticipate and prepare materials as needed.
Order and stock appropriate office supplies and equipment for the CEO
Prioritize functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines presentations and other duties of the CEO are carried out seamlessly. Providing regular communication.
Regular international travels.
The ideal candidate must be highly flexible, stress tolerant and motivated, able to troubleshoot issues and work with limited supervision as well as in a team setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Able to schedule and manage intricate domestic and international travel arrangements and anticipate all contingencies.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison with 24/7 availability.
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Candidates should be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task with a track record as a strategic thinker capable of foreseeing impact of simultaneous projects.
This role requires a strong sense of loyalty, urgency, reliability and commitment Strong judgment, decision making, time management, and prioritizing skills. Must be energetic, positive, outgoing, and resourceful.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
