Salary: Band 8A – £42,414 – £49,969 pa (dependent on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity to join our organisation in a senior finance role and although accountable to the Principal Accountant the post holder will be expected to work autonomously guided by policies and professional standards.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable leadership skills. You will be able to lead and develop the Directorate Financial Management Team to ensure the effective management and performance of the team; this will include all aspects of Management Accounting and Financial Planning.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a high quality service, meeting the demands of a client focused organisation.
You must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, including an eye for detail and be able to deliver under pressure. You should be highly skilled at building professional relationships and will be expected to successfully negotiate with others when representing the Trust. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise your own work and that of your team to ensure deadlines are met.
We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate self-motivation, a dynamic forward thinking attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
