We deliver the right funding solutions to growing UK businesses and are seen as a major challenger to the traditional types of finance broker.
The role is focused on generating both B2B sales opportunities and also growing your introducer and partner network.
You will be working with MDs, FDs and Senior Management both in the businesses you help and in the partners you create. We have a network of over 200 funders, and a successful member of the team will foster long term relationships with these funders as well.
This is a B2B sales role and will require discipline, organisation and a go-get-em attitude. The commission structure is uncapped and generous and the targets set are ambitious but achievable. The office environment is target-driven and determined but very friendly and good fun.
You will be given training by internal and external people and qualifications are available as well.
The successful canditdate will have the below attributes in spades:
Self-motivated, and likely driven by fast business growth and/or financial success
Great communicator, including the ability to communicate with senior level execs
Ability to communicate clearly and effecitvely in English
Entrepreneurial and opportunistic
We do not require any minimum qualification or experience level, but there is a requirement for a good level of literacy and any experience in B2B sales will hold you in good stead.
